Bhawna Luthra


Bhawana Luthra, Executive Director at LEAD (Leadership for Environment and Development) in India, has been serving and strengthening the cause of leadership-building across sectors for nearly two decades.

Through her work as a Practitioner in varied sectors of sustainability including Water Sanitation, Climate Change & Disaster Preparedness, Natural Resources Management and Sustainable Livelihoods in Rural and Urban landscapes, she has experientially gained deep insights about interconnectedness of issues and gaps in addressing the same.

Closely working with diverse communities, civil society, organisations , state and national governments and policymakers, business sector and donor organisations she is on a journey for constant engagement, learning and collaborative search of answers to complex Challenges which impact lives.

Bhawana believes in the Systems approach of seeing realities along with those who face these. Since more than a decade now she is immersed in designing experiential learning leadership journeys for those are committed to making the Earth a safer and happier happier home for life in all forms.

Sarfaraz Ahmad Bhat


Sarfaraz Ahmad Bhat is a dedicated officer of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS), known for his integrity and notable contributions across various sectors. Currently serving in the Finance Department as a state tax officer, he has pioneered strategies to combat tax leakage and evasion.



Adv. Irfan Pullani


Adv. Irfan Pullani is an international lawyer trained at the Human Rights Council in UN Geneva. He holds a business degree and a law degree from the University of Delhi, along with a master's in International Law and Dispute Settlement from the UN-mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica. Since 2019, Irfan has led an independent peace-building research project on Kashmir, which originated as a law school discussion forum and later evolved into a comprehensive research project during his master's. His work focuses on conflict resolution and sustainable peace in the region, drawing on his experiences and legal expertise.



Mujtaba Hussain


Mujtaba Hussain has 10 years of extensive experience in policy advocacy and human rights-based research in the field of child rights, especially in child protection, disability rights, and mental health. He has specialized technical knowledge in areas related to mental health frameworks, policies, protocols and guidelines, with an emphasis on the holistic development of children.He has varied experience in planning, implementation and monitoring the capacity building initiatives for child protection, child safety, and child wellbeing.

He has provided advocacy for welfare initiatives for children in health, nutrition etc. through collaborative approaches with field functionaries, intra-agency mechanisms and referral mechanisms. He has worked at the National Human Rights Commission as Junior legal research consultant and currently at the MHPSS program at IMHANS Kashmir.
